60-year-old time capsule opened during New Milford's Village

Warren Smith, of New Milford, touches a time capsule from the Scovill building which was opened during the Village Fair Days in New Milford, on Saturday. Smith was working for Turner Construction, which built the building, and was present when the time capsule was placed in the building, he later worked for Scovill.
